Commercial Carpet Cleaning in Minneapolis & Bloomington
Hot water extraction for offices, apartment common areas, schools, clinics and retail space across the Twin Cities. We pull out the grit and soil that grinds down fiber, treat spots and odor, and dry fast with air movers. The same service works for sanctuary and fellowship hall carpet in churches.

Why Carpet Wears Out Early
Carpet is one of the largest surfaces in a building and one of the most expensive to replace. What kills it is not traffic itself, it is the grit that traffic grinds into the fiber. Left in place, that grit cuts the pile, dulls the color and holds odor and allergens. Regular extraction pulls it out before the damage is permanent.
Our Process
1. Assessment
We walk the carpet first to find traffic lanes, salt damage and spots that need treatment before general cleaning starts.
2. Vacuuming
High-powered vacuuming lifts loose soil and debris so the deep clean reaches the fiber instead of pushing dirt around.
3. Pre-Treatment
Stains and heavily soiled areas get a targeted solution applied first, to break down what water alone will not lift.
4. Hot Water Extraction
Hot water extraction flushes dirt, allergens and bacteria out of the fiber. It is the standard method for deep cleaning commercial carpet.
5. Drying
We run air movers so the carpet dries fast, which prevents the mildew and odor problems that follow a slow dry.
6. Final Inspection
We walk the carpet again and re-treat anything that did not come out on the first pass.
